HZR High School students will be assisting at our summer camps, our camps are open to any child, not just Baltimore County students. Each year we have boys and girls, homeschool, private school, and children from other counties attend our camps.

The cost for camp is:  $250 

VEX IQ robotics camp  vex IQ robot system 

incoming grades 5,6,7 or 8

# of participants will be limited

We will differentiate challenges based on student level

Campers will work on the following:

                  - Autonomous programming using vexcode blocks and text

                  - Intro to the new VEX IQ game for 2026-27

                  - Intro to basic construction, last 2 days we will build and compete in a summer camp fun competition
